Meketa Investment Group regards each search as unique, driven by specific client needs, and requiring a fresh and comprehensive review of the marketplace. To facilitate our searches for appropriate managers, we use eVestment Alliance and Morningstar databases to conduct broad initial screens of the manager universe. Additionally, we compile our own proprietary manager database of approximately 2,000 investment managers and over 3,500 of their respective investment products. Each search is conducted in an open, competitive manner, consistent with our role as a fiduciary.

Norwood Retirement System - Emerging Markets Equity Manager Search
The Board Members of the Norwood Retirement System would be pleased to receive information regarding capabilities and experience in managing an emerging markets equity strategy, as well as a proposal to offer this service to the Retirement Board. This investment will be funded with approximately $5 million. Only commingled funds and mutual funds will be considered.
The selected manager(s) must have familiarity with, and agree to comply with Massachusetts G.L. Chapter 32 and Chapter 176 and all applicable investment guidelines administered by PERAC. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at its discretion.

Town of Lexington - Global Infrastructure Search
The Board Members of the Town of Lexington Retirement System would be pleased to receive information regarding capabilities and experience in managing long-only global equity infrastructure portfolios, as well as a proposal to offer this service to the Retirement System. Proposals must be for either a commingled account or mutual fund.
The Board intends to invest approximately $3 to 6 million. Only proposals for managers of long-only global equity infrastructure strategies will be considered. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all proposals at its discretion.

Worcester Retirement System - Private Equity (Middle-Market Buyout) Search
The Board Members of the Worcester Retirement System would be pleased to receive proposals regarding capabilities and experience in managing direct middle-market buyout private equity funds (not fund-of-funds). More specifically, the Retirement Board seeks a demonstrated ability to manage a diversified buyout strategy that invests in North American middle-market companies with enterprise values between $100 million and $500 million.
The Board intends to commit approximately $5 to $10 million. Only proposals for experienced managers of middle-market buyout portfolios will be considered. First-time funds, fund-of-funds, co-investment funds, secondary funds, and sector specific funds will not be considered.
